Designing a home on Bonaire is different from designing a home in the Netherlands. The light is stronger, the air is warmer, windows and doors are often open, and furniture is used in a more relaxed indoor-outdoor way. That means beautiful materials also need to be practical.

We look closely at fabrics, finishes, maintenance and daily use before anything is selected. The goal is a calm interior that feels refined on arrival, but also stays elegant after months of island life, guests, sunshine and sea air.

A holiday rental has to speak to many different people. Some guests love colour, others prefer quiet neutrals. Some stay for a few nights, others for several weeks. A strong rental interior balances those expectations without becoming anonymous.

We usually begin with a timeless base: good seating, soft lighting, durable textiles and natural textures. Then we add personality through art, accessories and carefully chosen styling. The result feels welcoming, photogenic and easy to maintain.

Not every home needs a full redesign before it can be sold or rented. Sometimes the most powerful changes are precise: better textiles, a calmer colour palette, fewer visual distractions, improved lighting or a more balanced furniture layout.

Because of our real estate background, we understand how people first experience a property online. A home should photograph clearly, feel warm during viewings and make it easy for buyers or guests to imagine themselves there.
